Flying Ship Practice | Matte Painting
I have always wanted to do concept art with keywords like "Flying Vehicle".
As I happen to have a project in college which titled as "Space Odyssey", I take the opportunity to do it as practice.
Early stage of exploration sketch. I try combining keywords like "Fish/ Flying/ Hot Air Balloon/ Wheel/ Retro"
In the end, I decided to make a simple illustration with designated background instead of some fancy sky as background art.
Due to time limited and I didn't handle well with the design side, I have failed this task for a few times in the progress.
